In recognition to our work within the wider community ‘Absolute Training’ have received many awards. Our commitment to people development has been key to influencing long-term, positive change to our local communities.  We have collaborated with many organisations to deliver industry focused key skills to learners from socio-economically deprived, educationally under-privileged backgrounds. We have a highly commended and effective programme delivered to significantly reduce re-offending, this has been supported by key organisations and has conclusive evidence on our success.
